I don’t see how they could not find any fraud regarding the “Fire-Aide”. They literally said over and over that the money was going to go to the victims, it was completely unambiguous, it was in plain language, it was repeated, and it was said by the people who were putting on the event. It wasn’t said by some random person and mis-interpreted, they said over and over that the entire purpose of the fundraiser was to get money to fire victims. It was said explicitly over and over again, it was in print on signs and posters and advertisements. So… HOW IS THAT NOT FRAUD?
